According to the decision, the recognition of Hat Mon Temple as a special national relic is managed by the People’s Committee of Hat Mon Commune.

The communal People’s Committee is responsible for organizing the management, exploitation and development of the tourist site in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Tourism and related legal documents.

The City People’s Committee requests the departments of Tourism, Culture and Sports, Agriculture and Rural Development, Health, Natural Resources and Environment, Construction, Transport, Planning and Investment, Information and Communications, the Hanoi City Police; the Phu Tho District People’s Committee and the Hat Mon People’s Committee to be responsible for guiding and organizing the management, exploitation and investment in the construction of the special national relic tourist site of Hat Mon temple in accordance with the law and city regulations, ensuring sustainable and effective development.

According to the survey and appraisal of the Hanoi Department of Tourism, Hat Mon Temple is a tourist destination with cultural tourism resources recognized as a special national relic, affirming the historical and religious values of this relic complex in the capital. Hat Mon Temple is one of the famous tourist attractions in Hanoi in terms of both historical culture and architectural art./.
