International press rates Vietnam as leading culinary destination in Asia

The famous travel magazine “Travel + Leisure” has suggested Vietnam as the leading culinary destination in Asia in its 2023 travel itinerary, according to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism’s Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.

Travel + Leisure said that, in addition to beautiful natural landscapes, valuable historical relics and culture, Vietnam also has a unique, attractive and delicious cuisine. Visitors can enjoy many delicious, diverse and attractive dishes, specific to each different locality and region.
This magazine has mentioned typical dishes of Vietnamese cuisine such as pho, bread, banh cuon and coffee, and suggested tourists visit some famous tourist destinations, typically: Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City.
Australia’s Traveler food site rated Vietnamese pho as one of the best dishes in the world; Vietnam's banh cuon is one of 10 attractive dishes which must be enjoyed in 2023.
Among Vietnamese destinations, Ho Chi Minh City is rated as Asia's top trending destination in 2023 by Travel Off Path, Son Doong is one of the 10 most spectacular caves in the world by The Travel, Con Dao is the leading destination of sea and island tourism in 2023 by Conde Nast Traveler.
In addition, Hoi An is listed among the 25 most beautiful cities in the world in 2023 by Travel and Leisure. Ha Giang is named among the 52 great destinations for tourists in 2023 by The New York Times and Traveler. Vietnam is listed among the 10 ideal destinations for an affordable honeymoon in 2023 by Lonely Planet./.
