Michelin Guide honors 36 dining establishments in HCM City

Among the 164 dining establishments, there are seven restaurants with one Michelin star, 58 dining establishments with Bib Gourmand awards (delicious restaurants, affordable prices) and 99 dining establishments selected by Michelin.

HCM City alone has 26 honored dining establishments, including two Michelin one-star restaurants, eight establishments with Bib Gourmand awards and 16 selected by Michelin.

Previously, in 2023, Michelin Guide honored 103 restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. This year saw more dining establishments and restaurants honored in Da Nang City.

Mr. Gwendal Poullennec, International Director of Michelin Guide, informed that Da Nang city has been added in the second publication of Michelin Guide in Vietnam. This is the factor that makes Michelin Guide’s choices richer and more diverse. Vietnam’s culinary culture demonstrates abundant energy, passion and constant creativity, bringing surprise to the market.

“In addition, famous chefs tend to open restaurants in Vietnam, cooperating with the new generation of Vietnamese chefs to develop in a customer-centric direction.
