Nghe An: Kim Lien commune develops lotus plants associated with tourism

Building a model new-style rural area, Kim Lien commune in Nam Dan district in the central province of Nghe An has set out an orientation to preserve and promote local traditional cultural values, including the lotus plant.
The Lotus Agricultural Cooperative in Uncle Ho’s hometown has planted 65 different varieties of lotus on an area of 120ha, bringing both high economic value and tourism service. (Photo: VNA)
