Noi Bai Airport plans to welcome 440,000 passengers during holiday

As scheduled, 94,000 passengers will be served at the peak of the holiday, including nearly 37,000 foreign passengers and 57,000 domestic passengers. As many as 538 flights, including 235 international flights and 303 domestic flights, will be operated through Noi Bai International Airport.

While domestic flight output remains stable (up about 12% compared to normal days, down 18% compared to the same period in 2023), international flight output is growing well, with 37,000 visitors a day at the peak of the holiday, higher than the same period in 2019.

The Ministry of Transport’s Vietnam Aviation Authority of Vietnam has adjusted the hourly takeoff and landing rate at Noi Bai International Airport to 42 flights per hour during daytime and 32 flights per hour during night time, helping airlines increase passenger service capacity during peak periods.

To avoid being late or missing flights, passengers should carefully check their identification documents; and arrive two hours before departure time for domestic flights and three hours for international flights./.
