Thua Thien Hue: Seven more relics recognized as province-level historical relics

The Chairman of the Thua Thien Hue People’s Committee has just decided to recognize the ranking of 7 relics in the area as province-level historical relics, said its authorities on March 24.
Accordingly, the seven province-level historical relics include the Chi Dong communal house (Dien Hai commune, Phong Dien district); Giap Nhat communal house (Huong Van ward, Huong Tra town); My Loi Rally Location (Vinh My commune, Phu Loc district); Hoc Mu Boi - Hung Hai corridor (Loc Bon commune, Phu Loc district); Thach Binh communal house (Sia town, Quang Dien district); Trung Kien communal house (Loc Tien commune, Phu Loc district); and Ha Thanh communal house (Vinh Thanh commune, Phu Vang district).

Before requesting to compile scientific records to rank provincial-level relics, the relics were surveyed by a team including representatives of the Department of Culture and Sports of Thua Thien Hue province, the Vietnam Association of Historical Sciences, and the Thua Thien Hue Association of Historical Sciences and a number of experts and local officials went on an inspection trip.
According to the provincial People's Committee, the ranking of the above relics aims to preserve the historical and cultural values of the locality, in the spirit of Resolution 54-NQ/TW dated December 10, 2019 of the Politburo on construction and development of Thua Thien Hue until 2030, a vision to 2045./.
