Trang An-Cuc Phuong Hot Air Balloon Festival 2024 closes in Ninh Binh

The event is among attractive activities to celebrate the 10^th anniversary of Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex being recognized as a World Natural and Cultural Heritage (2014-2024) by UNESCO.

The Trang An-Cuc Phuong Hot Air Balloon Festival is the first event held in Ninh Binh to diversify the experience for tourists, contributing to promoting the image, nature, culture and potential strengths of the land and people of the Hoa Lu ancient capital.

During the festival, local people and tourists were able to contemplate the giant hot air balloons displayed at Trang An Cultural Park while visiting and shopping at booths displaying regional specialties and joining unique art programs.

In his speech at the event, Director of the Ninh Binh Department of Tourism Bui Van Manh said that from October 26-28, the festival welcomed about 35,000 visitor arrivals, including about 12,000 international visitors.

Mr. Bui Van Manh affirmed that the organization of the festival has brought experience, which is an important premise for the tourism industry and businesses to continue researching and creating new, modern and unique tourism products to attract domestic and international tourists./.
