Trang An Landscape Complex promoted on Google Arts & Culture

The online exhibition about Trang An Landscape Complex on Google Arts & Culture was officially launched on April 18, conducted by the complex’s Management Board with support from Google Arts & Culture and UNESCO World Heritage.
The move is among activities to mark Trang An Landscape Complex’s 10th anniversary of UNESCO recognition as a World Cultural and Natural Heritage Site.

The exhibition includes vivid, high-resolution photos posted on the Google Arts & Culture digital platform, a place known as a “digital museum” that preserves and promotes quintessential cultural and art values of humanity.
The online platform offers visitors beautiful views of the Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex, one of the most attractive destinations in Vietnam.

Visitors will have the chance to contemplate the magnificent limestone mountains and the pristine caves which date back millions of years. Besides, they can admire the lyrical natural scenery of golden rice fields beside the gently winding Ngo Dong River.
Located in Ninh Binh province near the Red River Delta, the Trang An Landscape Complex covers a total area of 6,226 hectares within the Trang An limestone massif and is surrounded by a 6,026-hectare buffer zone which is mostly made up of rural land with rice paddy fields, Google Arts & Culture introduced.

According to the Tourism Information Technology Center (TITC) under the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism, in 2014, Trang An Landscape Complex was the first and only mixed heritage of Southeast Asia to be recognized by UNESCO as a World Cultural and Natural Heritage Site with three areas: Hoa Lu Ancient Capital Historical and Architectural Relics Area, Trang An - Tam Coc - Bich Dong Scenic Area and Hoa Lu Special Use Forest./.
