The national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines has been honored as an “Excellent 5-star Airline” by the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX). This is the second consecutive year Vietnam Airlines has received this prestigious international title.

This title is awarded based on the evaluation of passenger experiences on millions of global flights. In addition to considering service quality, this year, APEX also highly appreciated Vietnam Airlines for its ability to connect international passengers to Vietnam through good flight experiences.
APEX’s award is only valid for 2 years, so airlines must continuously improve customer experience to maintain and continue to achieve this title.
Dang Anh Tuan, Execute Vice President of Vietnam Airlines, said this award will be a driving force for Vietnam Airlines to continue to improve service quality, bringing customers the best flight experiences.
Currently, Vietnam Airlines owns one of the newest and most modern fleets in Asia, gathering advanced aircraft such as Boeing 787 Dreamliner, Airbus A350 and Airbus A321neo.
At the same time, the airline is also synchronously deploying many services, optimizing airport amenities, applying sustainable aviation fuel and cooperating with international airlines to expand its flight network.
