The world’s leading travel magazine Lonely Planet has proposed the top 10 attractive destinations after graduation for students. A vacation in Vietnam ranks 5th on the list of the 10 best itineraries of 2024 for graduates.

Graduation marks the completion of the program of studying and also the beginning of the next phase of each student’s life. Lonely Planet suggests there’s nothing like taking a celebratory vacation after graduating from college. A trip after graduation is also a practical experience when starting the next phase of life.
Lonely Planet commented, “With beautiful scenery and a warm climate, a vacation in Vietnam will bring opportunities for recent graduates to leave their comfort zone.”
Being lost amid a sea of mopeds in Hanoi, slurping pho on stools along the sidewalk, and heading up to Halong Bay where travelers can tour its limestone islands on a junk boat, are all great activities for guests, the website wrote.
It also suggested enjoying a visit to an urban metropolis like Ho Chi Minh City, wandering the Binh Tay Market, or visiting Vietnam's only Taoist temple at Khanh Van Nam Vien Pagoda, before cruising along the Mekong Delta and getting to know the locals at the Cai Rang Floating Market.
In addition to Vietnam, the 10 best destinations in 2024 for graduates also include: a trip to Mexico, a road trip across the United States, Greece, Costa Rica, New Orleans, Louisiana (USA), New York City, South Africa, Iceland and Florence (Italy)./.
