Visitors to Bac Ninh up 54% compared with same period of 2023

At the beginning of the Lunar New Year (Tet) of the Dragon 2024, the province organized many festivals to attract tourists such as: Lim Festival, Phat Tich Pagoda Festival, But Thap Pagoda Festival, Ba Chua Kho Temple Festival, Diem Festival and so on.

In addition, Bac Ninh province also organized various other cultural, sports, and tourist activities such as Flower Street on Tet; Bac Ninh Quan Ho folk song singing programs on boats; Open Quan Ho Bac Ninh Folk Song Competition on Tet; traditional folk art performances at monuments and tourist attractions in the province; Tu Hung Football Tournament; Asian Tennis Championships 2024; Davis Cup Tennis Tournament; 2^nd World Group Play-offs in 2024; National Judo Club Championships 2024; 13^th National Fencing Youth Championship 2024; and National Second Division Football Tournament in 2024.

The cultural, sports, and tourist activities in the province attracted a large number of people and tourists, thereby, contributing to promoting and introducing Bac Ninh’s land, people and potential strengths to domestic and international friends.

The Culture, Sports and Tourism sector continues to promote major programs and events of the province. The sector will organize traditional folk art performance activities at a number of tourist destinations to serve people and tourists; focus on improving the quality of services, building new tourism products to attract customers, creating unique and different products suitable for the market; strengthen cooperation and linkages to develop tours and tourist attractions with provinces and cities in the Northern Delta region and with provinces of Bac Giang, Ninh Binh, Quang Ninh, Hai Duong and Hung Yen, thus contributing to stimulating tourism, attracting a large number of people and tourists to Bac Ninh./.
