Vung Tau-Con Dao high-speed boat service to be resumed after 7-month hiatus

The speedboat service between Vung Tau City and Con Dao Island in the southern coastal province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau will be resumed on March 2 after a seven-month hiatus due to weather reasons.

Accordingly, the first boat will depart on Saturday (March 2) from Vung Tau to Con Dao and return to Vung Tau on the afternoon of March 3.
After that, it will stop operating for 5 days for inspection before operating regularly from March 9.
Phu Quoc Express JSC said it will change the transport schedule of the Vung Tau-Con Dao route because of using one boat on this route instead of two boats as before.
The trip to Con Dao will depart from Vung Tau at 7:30 am and the boat from Con Dao to Vung Tau will depart at 1:00 pm.
Specifically, every week, the boat departs from Vung Tau to Con Dao every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning and from Con Dao return to Vung Tau on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday afternoon. There are no boats on Saturday./.
