PVI insurance honoured among Top 50 most profitable enterprises in Vietnam for two consecutive years

The top 50 rankings were published by Vietnamnet Online Newspaper, the Ministry of Information and Communications, based on the results of independent research and assessment according to the international standards of Vietnam Report to recognize and honour the Top 50 enterprises that achieve the best profitability of Vietnam, which have made great contributions to the economic development of Vietnam and maintain a stable and sustainable business efficiency in the period 2021-2022.

The main ranking criteria of the Top 50 include:

- Profit before tax

- Enterprises for 3 consecutive years named in the Top 500 most profitable enterprises in Vietnam

- Enterprises achieve high and stable business efficiency in the period 2021-2022.

Thanks to the flexible and timely adaptation strategy, providing synchronous solutions, cost-effective use, promoting the sale of insurance through e-commerce sites, in the first 6 months of 2022, PVI Insurance completed 63.6% of the year plan, reaching a total revenue of nearly VND 6,759 billion, completing 118.5% of the 6-month plan, up 24.2% over the same period last year, of which the primary insurance revenue grew by 19.7%. Profit before tax reached VND 326.6 billion, completing 133% of the 6-month plan and 52.9% of the year plan. With this business result, PVI Insurance accounts for a 16% market share, and continues to be the leading enterprise in Vietnam's non-life insurance market and contributes to maintaining its title in the Top 50 ranking for the period 2021-2022.

PVI Insurance is also the only non-life insurance enterprise to receive prestigious ratings: Rated B++ from the world's leading prestigious financial rating agency A.M. Best and Vietnam's Best Non-Life Insurance Company 2021 (Best Non – Life Insurance Company) from the UK's International Finance Magazine (IFM)./.
