The Military Industry and Telecoms Group (Viettel) inaugurated Viettel Logistics Park in Phu Xa commune, Cao Loc district, the northern mountainous province of Lang Son, on December 11. This is the logistics center with the largest and most modern infrastructure in Vietnam.
The Viettel Lang Son Logistics Park has an investment of nearly 3.3 trillion VND (130 million USD), covering over 143 hectares across Phu Xa and Thuy Hung communes, with the capacity to process up to 1,500 trucks per day.
The park, equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure and renewable energy systems, is designed following a circular economy model. It offers professional logistics services, including customs clearance, quarantine, inspection, warehousing and cross-border transportation, leveraging smart transportation management technology and AI to optimize processes and reduce logistics costs by 40%.
The data system is standardized and directly connected to Vietnam and China customs data, ensuring optimal operation processes and reducing customs clearance processing time from 4-5 days to less than 24 hours.
In addition, Viettel Logistics Park is also designed according to the US LEED standard (international standard for green architecture), complying with sustainable and modern operating principles, with more than 3,300 trees, renewable energy systems and circular economic models, contributing to environmental protection, and building a green and friendly logistics ecosystem.
In addition, Viettel has developed the V-Gate application to encourage businesses to make online reservations, helping to improve operational efficiency, enhance transparency and ensure the delivery of goods./.
