Forbes Vietnam magazine has just published a list of the 50 best listed companies in Vietnam with appearance of leading businesses in many fields, typical representatives of business industries and famous names on the stock exchange.

Based on the report on 2023 audited business results, representing the aviation industry, Vietjet ranked 5th on revenue with 58.3 trillion VND, an increase of 45% over the same period in 2022. Together with Vietjet, other large companies listed in the Top 50 are Petrolimex, Hoa Phat, PV Gas, Vinamilk and FPT.
In 2023, Vietjet contributed about VND 5.2 trillion of direct and indirect taxes and fees to the budget. The carrier has recovered strongly after the pandemic, continuing to maintain and develop its domestic flight network and focused resources on expanding international flights.
Vietjet has safely operated 133,000 flights, transported 25.3 million passengers, including more than 7.6 million international passengers in 2023, an increase of 183% compared to 2022. The airline has developed its safe and modern aircraft fleet, consistent with its Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) goals, fuel saving and emission reduction.
Vietjet takes the lead in credit ratings according to the direction of the Ministry of Finance. The company achieved VnBBB- credit rating, the highest rate among Vietnamese enterprises.
Its appearance in the Top 50 best listed companies is the result of a series of awards and titles that Vietjet has been honored in recent times.
Specifically, the carrier was listed in the Top 50 airlines for healthy financing and operations for two consecutive years of 2018 and 2019 by Airfinance Journal, Top 50 leading Vietnamese brands, Top 10 enterprises with the best management capacity on the stock market, among others./.
