Print newspapers, online news outlets, radio, and television channels in Laos featured numerous articles about President To Lam's state visit to Laos, emphasizing its significance as his first foreign visit as President. The visit was seen as highly important in strengthening the cooperative relationship between the two countries, contributing to the great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the Parties, States, and peoples of Laos and Vietnam.
Before the visit, major Lao newspapers such as Pasaxon (The People's Newspaper), the official organ of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party Central Committee, and PathetLao of the Lao News Agency (KPL), published articles praising the great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between Laos and Vietnam.
These articles focused on themes such as “Continuing to strengthen and foster the special solidarity between Laos and Vietnam, Vietnam and Laos,” “The Laos-Vietnam relationship is unique in the world,” and “Promoting the special Laos-Vietnam, Vietnam-Laos relationship.”
