The US-based vacation rentals and property management Casago has just announced the ranking of the best airports in the world.
Accordingly, Noi Bai International Airport ranked 11th with 63.33% rating 4 and 5 stars for not keeping passengers waiting for a long time when checking in. The data is updated from passenger reviews by airlinequality.com.
Casago's ranking results show passengers' recognition of Noi Bai International Airport's efforts to constantly improve and increase service quality to bring the best experience to passengers.
With this achievement, Noi Bai Airport surpasses major airports such as Narita (Japan) and Incheon (the Republic of Korea).
Topping the list is Changi International Airport (Singapore) with 74.5% positive reviews. This is also the airport that won the best award in the world by Skytrax in 2023.
