Exhibition on Truong Sa and Hoang Sa organized in Phu Quoc

An exhibition on historical and legal evidence proving Vietnam’s sovereignty over Vietnam’s Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos is organized in Phu Quoc island district in southern province of Kien Giang.
Maps and a number of publications and documents are important historical and legal evidences asserting that the Vietnamese states have explored, exploited and exercised sovereignty over Hoang Sa and Truong Sa and others waters since the 16th century in an uninterrupted and peaceful manner.
The exhibition aims at deepening the understanding of historical truth and confirming the nation’s sovereignty over the two archipelagos as well as help the international friends understand the historical truth, wishes and aspirations of the people of Vietnam in maintaining peace and stability in the region.
The exhibition will end on December 28th./.
