Peaceful life on Spratly islands

Children playing together, fathers caring for vegetables and mothers preparing for meals are among peaceful images in the life of islanders on the Spratly islands.

 

Apart from protecting the nation’s sea and island sovereignty, islanders develop agricultural and fisheries products to raise income.

 

Well grown beds of vegetables

 

A family on the islands takes papaya from the tree to give to President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour (VGCL) Dang Ngoc Tung as presents when visiting the islands.
