Quang Ninh province to host Vietnam sea and islands Week 2018

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment will organize Vietnam Sea and Islands Week 2018 in Quang Ninh province on June 1st and 2nd.

The event also marks the World Ocean Day 2018 and seminar “Youth with sustainable development and protection of Vietnam’s sea and islands”.
In the framework of the launching ceremony, the Ministry will organize a live broadcasting program “Clean up the sea” at four locations in Quang Ninh, Quang Tri, Bac Lieu and Vietnam Television Station.
In Quang Ninh, there will be about 2,000 participants, including leaders of the Party, Government, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, ministries and sectors and departments of natural resources and environment of 28 coastal provinces and representatives of political and social organizations./.
