Fishermen in Mong Cai presented 200 life jackets

The sub-department of Traffic Safety of Mong Cai city, Quang Ninh province, on May 3rd communicated road and inner waterway traffic safety for people on Vinh Thuc and Vinh Trung island communes.

On this occasion, the sub-department also presented 200 life jackets to fishermen who work on Mong Cai territorial waters. This activity helps the fishermen be more at ease when at sea.
The communication on traffic safety aims to mobilize the local people to obey the traffic law so that they ensure safety for themselves and their relatives and the community./.
