Prime Minister on visit to Europe

On November 29th, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung led a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation to leave Hanoi for Paris, France to attend the 21st Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP 21), and pay visits to the Kingdom of Belgium and the European Union until December 2nd.
