Quang Ninh seizes 5kg of drugs

Border guards of the Hai Hoa border post, Quang Ninh province, arrested two people for illegally transporting 5kg of crystal methamphetamine in Hai Hoa ward, Mong Cai city, Quang Ninh province, on November 3rd.

The two people are Nong Van Dai, born in 1994, from Yen Trach commune, Phu Luong district, Thai Nguyen province, and Nguyen Ba Hanh, born in 1994, from Ban Ngoai commune, Dai Tu district, Thai Nguyen province. They confessed that they were to be paid VND10 million to transport the drugs from China to Vietnam.
This is a large case of the Hai Hoa border guards amidst a campaign suppressing drug crime at the end of 2016.
