Lam Binh district in the northern mountainous province of Tuyen Quang has promoted its internal strength to carry out the program on building new style rural areas.
Accordingly, nearly VND276 billion has been spent investing in infrastructure. So far, Thuong Lam commune has met the standard of the program, while two communes have reached 10-14 of 19 criteria of the program and three communes have met 5-9 criteria of the program.
