Remote district invests well in education

Over the past years, Ea Kar, a district having a large number of remote communes in the Central Highlands province of Dak Lak, has focused on developing education and training, contributing to creating a driving force for socio-economic development.
The district has 81 schools and vocational training centres attended by over 35,000 students, with 32 schools recognized as reaching national standard.
In the 2016-2017 school-year, the district educational and training sector aims to continue to increase the quality of teachers, as well as the quality of teaching the Vietnamese and Ede ethnic minority languages; and equip more for education, especially in remote and ethnic minority-inhabited regions.
