Party Central Committee discusses reform of public non-business agencies

The Party Central Committee discussed in groups a project on renewing the management and financial mechanisms and re-arranging the system of public non-business agencies, in the morning of October 7th.

The discussions were part of the sixth plenary meeting of the 12th Party Central Committee, which opened on October 4th.
The committee takes one and a half day off from the afternoon of October 7 and will resume the meeting on Monday (October 9th).
The plenum is scheduled to last until October 11th./.
