VinGroup continues to donate 100 billion VND to prevent COVID-19

Specifically, VinGroup will sponsor 100 high-class breathing machines, 20 testing machines, 800 COVID-19 test kits of the Republic of Korea (RoK), and 200,000 other COVID-19 tests of RoK.

According to medical experts, ventilators are one of the most important medical devices for resuscitation treatment of severe COVID-19 patients with respiratory failure.

According to statistics of leading COVID-19 infected countries, over 15% -20% of patients need ventilators, while most health facilities are severely lacking the devices during the epidemic outbreak. Equipping ventilators and other specialized resuscitation equipment such as dialysis, ECMO has crucial significance in successful resuscitation for COVID-19 patients with severe respiratory failure.

On March 15th, VinGroup also supported 5 billion VND for COVID-19 prevention.

Previously, the group also funded 20 billion VND for anti-Covid-19 research.
