Hanoi aims to have 100% of students study on the internet

The Hanoi City Department of Education and Training has just issued a guideline on continuing teaching via Internet and on television for schools, vocational education centers and continuing education during school closures in the 2019-2020 school-year due to COVID-19.

The capital education sector aims to support and facilitate 100% of students to learn via the internet.
To achieve this goal, the department instructs district-level departments of education and training and schools to meet the requirements of technical infrastructure, materials, and organization of teaching activities and managing students.
In order to ensure the quality of internet teaching for students, all internet lessons of teachers must be commented upon by the professional team and the school before being put into use./.
