On the basis of the comments and suggestions of former leaders of the province, the Standing Board of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, Subcommittee for Drafting Document, will consider supplementing and completing the political report to submit to the upcoming Provincial Party Congress.
Briefly reporting on the congress at the grassroots and higher levels, as well as the preparation for the 11th Lam Dong Party Committee Congress, comrade Nguyen Xuan Tien, secretaryLam Dong Provincial Party Committee said, “Lam Dong province has completed its grassroots congress. 16 out of 18 district-level party committees have completed congresses.”
Through assessment, the organization of grassroots and district level party congresses has ensured progress, serious and thoughtful preparation in both content and organization stage. At district-level party congresses, delegates also contributed many ideas to the document submitted to the 11th Provincial Party Congress and the 13th National Party Congress.
Regarding the preparation of the 11th Provincial Party Congress, up to now, draft political reports, socio-economic reports, Party building reports and review reports for the 2015-2020 term are basically accomplished. The preparation for personnel has also been fully implemented according to the correct process.
Comrade Nguyen Xuan Tien expressed his wish that, at the conference, with their experience and wisdom, the former leaders of the province will continue to contribute many ideas to complete the draft political report of the 11th Provincial Party Congress. After completing the Draft, the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee plan to publish it on mass media to collect widely comments from the people.
At the conference, participants contributed many ideas to supplement and complete the document of the 11th Provincial Party Congress. They also said that the content of the draft was brief, concise, and correctly evaluated the actual situation of the results achieved in the past term; and that orientations, tasks and solutions set out for the 2020-2025 term are appropriate.
The participants also said that the Draft should specifically evaluate the results of implementing the Resolution of the 11th Provincial Party Congress, and the role of the People in those results.
Concluding the conference, Mr. Tien thanked the participants for their careful study and enthusiasm to provide insightful comments to the Draft Document. Based on the comments and suggestions of former leaders of the province, the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee, the drafting subcommittee will receive, consider, supplement and complete the submission to the Provincial Party Congress./.
