Quang Ninh provincial Party Congress to take place in 3 days

Accordingly, the Congress will cover the theme of building the pure and strong Party and political system; promoting solidarity, democracy and renewal; boosting rapid and sustainable development, increasing people’s living standards; building Quang Ninh into a province of modern services and industries; and being a dynamically and comprehensively developed center of the north.

The preparations for the congress have been made ready. After 4 rounds of collection of ideas, the draft political report received over 50,000 whole-hearted comments. Meanwhile, personnel plans were made in an unbiased and strict manner. Quang Ninh also chose 10 important and outstanding constructions for socio-economic development as constructions welcoming the provincial Party Congress. 

Vu Quyet Tien, Head of the provincial Party Committee Commission on Organization and Director of the provincial Department of Home Affairs, said that the Politburo adopted the province’s preparations for the congress on August 17 with appreciation./.
