21 units of Youth Union launch planting of 525,000 trees

The Youth Union of 21 units under the Central Businesses Bloc launched a tree planting campaign "For a green Vietnam" in 2023.

The event was attended by Comrade Hoang Thi Minh Thu, member of the Standing Board of Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, and Secretary of the Youth Union of Central Businesses Bloc; representatives of the Vietnam Forestry Corporation; and local leaders and representatives of the Youth Unions of banks. 

According to the Program, the Youth Union of the Vietnam Forestry Corporation will plant 500,000 trees, the Vietnam Airlines Corporation will plant 10,000 trees, the Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade will plant 3,000 trees and Airports Corporation of Vietnam will plant 2,000 trees.

This is a practical activity of the Youth Union of 21 units under the Central Businesses Bloc to implement the teachings of beloved Uncle Ho about Tet tree planting festival and to respond to the program of planting 1 billion trees launched by the Government leader./.
