The 10th Pink Week of the Electricity of Vietnam Group (EVN) program successfully collected 11,574 units of blood for the national blood bank.

From December 2 to 8, EVN collaborated with the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion and medical facilities nationwide to organize the 10th EVN Pink Week. This voluntary blood donation program, launched across the group, carried the message "Responsibility and Compassion."
The program was part of the celebrations marking the 70th anniversary of the traditional day of Vietnam's electricity sector (December 21, 1954 – 2024). It also actively supports EVN's annual "Customer Gratitude Month - December 2024".
The voluntary blood donation event at EVN headquarters on December 5 was conducted in a highly organized manner, adhering to a detailed plan for each participating unit. On its opening day, 336 blood units were collected to assist patients, particularly pediatric patients being treated at the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion. Subsequently, EVN's member units across the country actively participated in the program, following the schedule set for the 10th EVN Pink Week.
Over the past nine years and ten editions, EVN Pink Week has become a familiar cultural activity, with the number of EVN staff and workers participating increasing each year. This year’s program gathered 11,574 units of blood, bringing the total number of units collected over the ten years to 94,844.
In addition to blood donations, this year’s EVN Pink Week also featured a heartwarming initiative titled "Donating Hair, Sending Love," organized by the EVNNPC Youth Union. Many female staff members of the corporation donated their hair to support cancer patients, aiming to bring smiles and provide additional strength and confidence for patients battling their illnesses./.
