Accordingly, the program will introduce and disseminate award-winning literary and artistic works on the topic "Study and follow Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style" to cadres, Party members and all classes of people, contributing to building the characteristics, morality and lifestyle of the city’s residents, being one of the activities contributing to the building of Ho Chi Minh's cultural space in the city named after Uncle Ho.

It also aims to strengthen education, foster a moral and cultural foundation among cadres, Party members and people, making President Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style deeply ingrained in the hearts of each person through literary and artistic works.

The program expresses the affection and responsibilities of cadres, Party members and people towards President Ho Chi Minh.
