Ho Chi Minh cultural space is present throughout religious establishments, non-state businesses, residential areas, in alleys, people's houses and even in the learning corners of children in Ho Chi Minh City. By the end of 2023, the city had 2,908 Ho Chi Minh cultural space institutions.

Experts have commented that Ho Chi Minh cultural space is a new concept with a wide scope. Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee also determines that Ho Chi Minh cultural space is not simply a place to display books and documents about Uncle Ho, it helps each cadre, Party member and citizen master Uncle Ho’s thoughts, thus encouraging them to follow the great leader’s example.
Together with building the tangible and intangible Ho Chi Minh cultural space, the city strives to make those values permeate each individual, so that each person can learn and follow Uncle Ho’s example.
Studying Uncle Ho doesn't have to be far away or something too big, it just requires each person to do their job well, live in harmony, be compassionate, and share with those around them. And the Ho Chi Minh cultural space is the place where every person treats each other truly humanely, where we cultivate a positive and transparent living and working environment, and where we spread kindness./.
