Over 3,545 tons of rice given to Soc Trang province for coming Tet

Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai has just signed and promulgated Decision No. 02/QD-TTg dated January 4, 2024 to supply rice from the national reserve to Soc Trang province on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Dragon 2024.

The Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Finance to provide without charge over 3,545 tons of rice from the national reserve to Soc Trang province to support the people during the Lunar New Year Festival 2024.
The Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs handle the distribution specifically according to their regulations, assigned functions and tasks, and are responsible for the basis, information and reported data.
The Soc Trang Provincial People's Committee is responsible for the accuracy of reported data and provides timely support, to the right subjects, and at the prescribed rate./.
