On November 9, at the Ho Chi Minh Museum, Ho Chi Minh City branch (Nha Rong Wharf), a Nghe An provincial delegation led by Nguyen Thi Thu Huong, Head of the Provincial Party Committee Commission on Popularization and Education, commemorated President Ho Chi Minh at the Nha Rong Wharf.

In a solemn atmosphere, Ms Huong and members of the delegation took a moment of silence to express their respect and infinite gratitude for the great merits of President Ho Chi Minh - the talented leader of the Vietnamese Party and people, a great teacher of the Vietnamese revolution, a hero of national liberation, a celebrity of world culture, and an exemplary international communist soldier who devoted his life to the cause of revolution of the Party and the nation.
According to the delegation members, President Ho Chi Minh is a shining example of revolutionary heroism, forever a source of pride and great encouragement to generations of Vietnamese people today and in the future; is the light that illuminates the way for the Vietnamese revolution, guides the Party and nation, and contributes to many great victories in the cause of national construction and defense.
On behalf of the members of the delegation, Ms Huong wished to join hands, unite and dedicate herself to the implementation of President Ho Chi Minh’s will; continue to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style, build the country to be more and more powerful and prosperous, and the people's life more and more prosperous and happy.
On this occasion, the delegation also came to offer incense in memory of President Ton Duc Thang at the Nha Rong Wharf relic site./.
