Vientiane leader pays tribute to President Ho Chi Minh

Before the heroic spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegation expressed their respect and gratitude for his great contributions to Laos’ revolutionary cause; vowing to continue studying President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style, actively contributing and joining hands to promote the good friendly relationship between the two countries as he instructed.

Previously, Major General Dinh Quoc Hung, Secretary of the Party Committee of 969 Corps, Political Commissar of the President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Protection Command, respectfully welcomed the delegation at Hung Vuong Guesthouse. At the meeting, he affirmed the good traditional relationship between Laos and Vietnam; shared the unit's typical results in carrying out the task of long-term preservation and absolute safety of President Ho Chi Minh's body. At the same time, he awarded Uncle Ho's badge and souvenirs to members of the delegation.

Mr. Anouphap Tounalom shared that every Laotian always wishes to pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum when they have the opportunity to be in Hanoi.

For Lao people, President Ho Chi Minh is not only a great leader of the Vietnamese revolution but also of the Lao revolution. His image is forever in the hearts of every Laotian, he affirmed./.
