Sen Village Festival 2017 opened on May 17th at Sen Village Stadium in Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district, the central province of Nghe An to mark the 127th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s birth (May 19th).
Diverse activities are taking place during the event, including a traditional music festival, a ceremony to pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his statue in Vinh city and an incense offering ceremony in Kim Lien Relic site in Nam Dan district, a youth festival and a sport competition.

Especially, an art performance has drawn the participation of nine artistic troupes from nine provinces and cities nationwide.
There are also a photo exhibition, folklore games, film screening on President Ho Chi Minh in Nam Phuc commune, Nam Dan district.
On early May 16th, as many as 15 teams from localities across the province competed in a volleyball tournament, thus encouraging locals in strengthening physical exercise following the example of President Ho Chi Minh./.
