Thousands line the streets to mourn Fidel Castro

Thousands of Cubans gathered at Havana's Plaza of the Revolution to bid farewell to Fidel Castro, who died on November 25th at the age of 90.
More than 50,000 people, young and old, edged into the Plaza de la Revolucion
where Castro made many addresses over his 58-year rule.

Simultaneous 21-gun salutes were fired to mark the beginning of the public commemoration
in Havana and in the south-eastern city of Santiago de Cuba, from where Castro launched the revolution in 1953.
