Hanoi health sector ensures emergency aids and treatment during Tet

According to Hanoi city Department of Health, during Tet holidays, healthcare establishments in the city gave emergency aids to 2,668 patients, including 1,318 ones due to traffic accidents and the rest due to other accidents.

According to common access, during Tet, there was no epidemics and food poisoning. Epidemic and food poisoning prevention and healthcare check-ups and treatment were implemented according to regulations.

To obtain these achievements, preventative healthcare system had well-prepared in both facilities, human resources and medicines.

The Center for International Health Quarantine of Hanoi conducted health quarantine at Noi Bai International Airport, cooperated with provinces and cities to promote quarantine for tourists. 

During Tet holidays, the Center kept in quarantine for 432 flights with 53,721 passengers.

There was no passenger suffering from MERS-CoV, Ebola, avian influenza A (H7N9) and (A/H5N6), and Zika./.
