The project aims to promote the start-up spirit of students and equip them with knowledge and skills while studying at schools and universities; create a favourable environment to support students to establish and implement ideas and projects to start up, contributing to creating jobs for students after graduation.

Accordingly, by 2020, 100% of universities, institutes, colleges and vocational schools will have plans to support their students to start up. At least 90% of students will be regularly provided with information and have their start-up awareness and skills improved before graduation.

100% of universities and institutes, 50% of colleges and vocational schools will have at least two ideas or projects on start-up, which will be supported from suitable expenditure or connected with enterprises or venture capital funds.

The project will also help to establish a group of people that provide consultancy and support students to start up at educational establishments nationwide; encourage individuals who have knowledge and experience in start-up to volunteer to participate in giving advice and support to students at schools.

It will provide training course on start-up to career advisers at schools, vocational schools and regular educational centres; organize exchanges and international seminars to share experience with students and career advisers at schools; and promote direct experience activities at enterprises to create conditions for students to approach production at enterprises./.
