Tuyen Quang prepares Document for 17th provincial Party Congress

The Document Subcommittee of the 17^th Tuyen Quang Party Congress has organized a meeting commenting on the Political Report Platform for the congress.

Delegates agreed with the content of the Statement adopted at the meeting. For proposal for contents, they said that it is necessary to arrange the order of issues in accordance with the central development orientations, the development trends of the region and the world to formulate the development directions of the province.

At the same time, the locality should have policy of upgrading the road system, especially rural roads to link with regions; promote commodity production; apply science and technology to rural development in combination with tourism; focus on developing technology for agricultural and forestry and seafood processing; and speed up training in order to improve the quality of human resources. 

They also stressed the importance of increasing the application of science, information and technology to promote the 4^th Industrial Revolution, and focusing on administrative reform and business climate improvement. Specifically, tourism development should be given priority as one of the province’s breakthroughs.

In his speech at the event, Mr. Chau Van Lam, 12th PCC member and Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Party Committee, asked the editorial board to collect ideas of participants to amend and supplement to the draft Political Report Platform while stressing that it should actively research to propose the theme of the Congress, along with breakthroughs and key tasks for the Subcommittee to finalize the Platform as scheduled./.
