Da Nang expands APEC Park

Chairman of the Da Nang city People’s Committee Huynh Duc Tho has issued a decision adopting the expansion of APEC Park to nearly 9,000 square metres, from the initial over 3,000 square metres, contributing to promoting the image of Vietnam’s Da Nang to international friends.

The work will be carried out including the park, walking garden linking with statue park, stage, fountain, stand serving cultural events, children’s playground, public restrooms, and public parking.
In November 2017, Da Nang inaugurated APEC Park to welcome the 2017 APEC Summit hosted by Vietnam. It is the place to show typical works from APEC member economies./.
