A lot of outstanding followers of President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style have been recognized in the city’s businesses bloc.
Saving - decisive factor
Diep Nam Hai, General Director of the Cholimex Food Joint Stock Company, always raise high sense of responsibility in managing the company, caring for laborers’ employment, life and income, while concerning himself with how to reduce production fees, create products’ added value and increase workers’ living standards.
He has launched a campaign to save power, water and materials in each step of production, volunteer to apply advanced technologies into production, develop training programs to increase technicians’ skills, and maintain the administration system to manage production quality in line with international standard.
In a short time period, many initiatives have been born, including energy saving process and an initiative to reduce steps of production and reduce the number of laborers, contributing to saving the company over VND4 billion per year.
In 2016, the company’s turnover reached over VND1.4 trillion, creating jobs for nearly 1,500 people. Expanding business in the domestic market, with products available in a majority of big supermarkets, the company plays a role of Vietnam’s leading business providing products for world’s biggest retail groups across 20 countries and territories.
According to Mr. Hai, being a Party member, he creates an exemplary image in his company for the others to follow. “The most practical measure is saving program in production,” he said on the Voice of Ho Chi Minh city.
“Business efficiency can be assessed by profits, production and care for laborers.”
Initiatives make VND500 million in profit
Being a technician of the Ho Chi Minh city urban environment company, Vong Thu Duy has built up diverse measures on increasing the quality of work in combination with following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style.
Of which he created three initiatives relating to collecting and treating waste for environmental protection, which help save VND500 million per year.
He pledged to continue to work with young members of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and other workshops in building an advanced city, thus practising and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style.
Following Uncle Ho’s example shows Party members’ voluntary role in production to enrich themselves, their families and society. The city Businesses Bloc Party Committee has also issued diverse programs and solutions confirming the voluntary role of businesses’ leaders, and promoted the strength of laborers to make active contributions to the city’s economic development./.
