To help trainees get jobs after graduation, the provincial Department of Labor, War-Invalids and Social Affairs will increase the training of laborers based on businesses’ demand and locality’s key industries, giving priority for jobs in industrial zones, trade villages and from labor export.

Each laborer will be assisted with VND2-6 million for a training course. Fishermen who are training to operate steel and new material fishing vessels, or exploiting and preserving products using new technologies in vessels with a capacity of 400 horse power or above, will enjoy free courses.

This year, nearly VND4.8 billion will be spent supporting job creation, developing the labor market and giving loans to laborers, striving to bring the rate of trained laborers to 64%./.
