According to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, over 950,000 kilometres of roads and sewerages have also been sanitized and dredged, some 660,000 training courses on environmental protection have been organized during the month.

Compared to 2016, this year's action month witnessed more practical activities, as the number of meetings was reduced and the number of environmental protection activities was increased by volunteers, organizations and clubs.

Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Vo Tuan Nhan urged relevant agencies to focus on training environmental communicators, and organising environmental protection-related events that are closer to the public in 2018./.
