On November 19th, the Vinh city Party Committee organized a meeting to thoroughly grasp directive, circular and instructions on Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 13th National Party Congress.

At the event, delegates were disseminated basic contents of Directive 35-CT/TW of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 13th National Party Congress; Circular 13 of the Standing Board of the city Party Committee; Instruction of the city Party Committee on preparations for Party Congresses at all levels (term 2020-2025); and Instruction 10 of the city Party Committee on Party Congresses at all levels (term 2020-2025).
Accordingly, the Vinh city Party Congress in the 2020-2025 term will be completed before August 31st, 2020, while Party Congresses at grassroots levels will be finalized before June 30th, 2020.
Model congresses for grassroots party committees and party cells will take place before March 30th, 2020.
Addressing the event, Mr. Phan Duc Dong, a member of the standing board of the Nghe An provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Vinh city Party Committee, asked executive committees, authorities at all levels, cadres and party members in the whole Party Committee to have a thorough grasp of and understand contents prepared for the political event.
Preparations for Party Congresses at all levels must be strict, and be carried out in combination with directing good completion of political tasks of the locality, he added./.
