Vietnam’s national women’s football team has been invited to play in an international four-side friendly competition in Guangzhou, China, on January 19th-23rd.

They will play against Colombia, Thailand, and the hosts.
They will then play two matches against two teams from Japan.
In late March, they will travel to Germany for several weeks, where they will compete with Bayern Munich on March 26th and Hoffenheim three days later.
These activities are intended to prepare the Vietnamese team for the Asian Football Confederation Women’s Cup to be held in Jordan in April.
Vietnam is in Group B together with Japan, Australia and the Republic of Korea.
Players will be summoned on January 1st, 2018 to Hanoi for practice sessions./.
