Discovering Central Highlands cuisine in Dak Lak

It is expected to attract about 50 to 60 booths which will display, introduce and sell local specialties. Participants will be restaurants, hotels and tourism units in Dak Lak province and the Central Highlands.

The event aims to honour and promote a traditional culture through unique foods of ethnic groups in localities; serve the need for foods and drinks of local people and tourists; thus seek and collect foods and drinks using coffee as well as create attractive foods using this magic taste.

It will be also an opportunity for the Central Highlands provinces to introduce the local culinary potential to tourists, thereby introducing the culture, historical and cultural relics and attractions of Dak Lak in particular and the Central Highlands in general; and create a joyful atmosphere, contributing to the success of Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival./.
