Hanoi culinary culture festival 2019 to take place in June

The previous festival was successfully organized with high appreciation and acceptance by the people of the country and numerous international friends. From the initial success, Hanoi City People's Committee develops a plan to organize the event in 2019  to promote the cultural beauty of Hanoi people, bring cultural values ​​to the people of the capital and interact with regions throughout the country, contributing to promoting the capital city's tourism in particular and Vietnam in general.

The festival will introduce domestic visitors as well as international tourists to Hanoi's cultural heritage and several special foods of the North, Central and South.

Diverse activities such as recreation of traditional handicraft villages in association with culinary heritage and outstanding special foods of three regions, and performances of special dishes of all three regions, will be held.

There will be exchanges with artisans and researchers on Hanoi, performances of several types of arts, traditional games, and a space for children to experience gastronomy./.
